Hey guys, Appoline here with more news on the Winthrop’s via Xia Woo Lin.
Xia was able to confirm that Jane Henrietta, J.H.’s daughter, was in fact an actress in the late 1920′s. She appeared in a couple of silent films, finally getting a starring role in “Dame of Desperation” in 1928. Then, in their early 1930′s, she moved into talkies. Her most prominent starring role was as Penny Logan in Charles Nolan’s “City Girl” in 1931.
No further information available on her after 1932.
Thanks Xia for sending this in. More updates as they roll in.
